Compensation for XBOX Live Outages? January 2, 2008
Posted by xerocube in : News, XBOX 360 , trackbackAccording to Joystiq (and other various sources), Microsoft is considering compensating users of the XBOX Live service with Gold accounts (sorry, Silver folks). Though it has not been disclosed as to what such “compensation” will be, it is good to see that the big M will attempt to make good for their wonky service. I’ll chalk it up to growing pains over the holiday season, but it is still frustrating to log in (or attempt to) and find that you can’t connect to the service, or any matchmade games.
Oh well… I logged in last night and was able to hop into a few games of CoD4. Things appear to be getting better.
